VIA Rail is making it easy for families to get to Toronto for Ontario’s inaugural Family Day long weekend by offering free travel to kids! This offer is valid from Jan 31 - Feb 19th. Book your ticket by calling 1-888-VIA-RAIL or visiting any VIA Rail station, and quote promotional code 11247.

Terms and Conditions:

* Adults (ADT), Senior (SEN), Youth (YTH), or Student (STU) (18 +) pays best available fare in Comfort class. Each ADT, SEN, YTH, or STU is entitled to bring one child 2-11 free of charge. Use PR 11247 for child travelling free. (Maximum of one child 2-11 for each ADT, SEN, YTH or STU (18+) travelling.)

* Valid for one-way or round-trip travel from any station in the Quebec-Windsor corridor to Toronto. The destination of the one-way or round-trip must be Toronto. The one-way or round-trip cannot commence in Toronto.

* Valid for travel from January 31, 2008 to February 19, 2008.

* Reservations must be made directly through VIA Rail by calling 1-888-VIA-RAIL (TTY: 1-800-268-9503) or at any VIA Rail station. Not valid at travel agencies or tour operators.

* Cannot be combined with any other companion fare promotion or group fares.

* Tickets must be issued directly at a VIA Rail ticket counter.

* Proof of age showing that the child is between 2-11 may be requested.

* The paying adult's ticket is subject to all of the condition and restrictions of the fare plan under which they are travelling.

* When booking, please refer to discount 11247 so the VIA agent can verify validity and quote you the correct price
