Which Vid Cap Card is good ?

Which one of these are goodAor capturing tv/vhs to the comp,then I'm gonna convert the files to dvd. I'm thinking about the Pinnacle MovieBox 9, but its only gotten 1 review back so far. I don't plan on spending over $100?on a capture card. That one looks pretty decent IMO.
How about the ones here ? http://www.canadacomputers.com/cc/in...=pl&id=CC.344$ don't think they're that great tho compared to the Pinnacle one.
Any recommendation on those 2 sites or elsewhere like ncix, etc?
