I would like opinion for this following video card at CC for my pc. Currently using onboard video with amd x6 1090 cpu and 8gb of ram. I like to know if this is good card for photoshop stuff? no gaming. Any advise and other recommendation would be very appreciated. Thanks

An SSD is a nice idea... and he has 8GB already - I'd almost go that route FIRST.
Where we might use the SSD for OS and apps, he might use an SSD for his workspace... all that disk-thrashing would be 10x faster!
I'd hit ctrl-alt-del >> Task Manager and check your memory usage (with a big picture you're working on) and see if you're anywhere near your 8GB ceiling. If you are, add more RAM. If you're not, an SSD would probably do more good._______________
