video card or driver problems..
Theres something wrong with my video card i think...when i scroll down a web page its not smooth ..also when i go to full screen to watch something video is very choppy..go back to normal screen inside player its ok again...anyone know whats wrong and how to solve the problem?

I'd say it's the drivers. Try installing different versions of drivers.

Well because it sounds like a driver problem not video card itself or any other part
