Not me, but my brother played FF7 for about 45 hours straight after getting it for Xmas and I watched him play through most of it. He wasn't a fool though, he ate and went to the washroom.
The longest I've probably played for is about 10-12 hours on Half Life 2 (beat it early the next day) and FF6.

A man in his 20s who had been playing computer games continuously for over 50 hours died of exhaustion on Friday.
Daegu police said Monday a 28-year-old man identified by his family name of Lee collapsed as he was playing computer games at an Internet café in Bokhyeon-dong, Buk-gu. A former colleague who was next to him at the time took him to hospital, but he was dead within three hours.
Lee had been playing games like Starcraft for some 50 hours without sleep from about 9:00 p.m. Wednesday until the moment he died on Friday. "I tried to persuade him to go home, but he kept saying, 'Just one more game' and wouldn't budge from his seat,'" the former colleague said. The Internet café’s proprietor said Lee hardly ate. “I asked him to at least take a nap in my room, but it was no use."
Since being fired early last month over his frequent absences due to his game addiction, Lee had been coming to the PC café every day to play, police said. They believe Lee died of an exhaustion-induced heart attack.
The head of the mental health department at Daegu Fatima Hospital, Park Yeong-woo, said, "Computer game addiction, just like alcohol and drug addiction, is a disease accompanied by withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, irritability and depression... It can easily affect people who are compulsive or introverted, and they need constant help from those around them so they can be treated."

I played Max Payne one the PS2 for like 20 hours when I got it. It was damn rivetting. Same with Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault. I haven't found a game worthy of extended play since; which is a mixed blessing.

Haven't really played for long periods without ANY sleep, but I have played for long periods with minimal sleep (like maybe 3 hours or so).
Longest continuous would be >24 hours, <48 hours, never kept track.

When I was a teenager, my friends and I played a combination of games for 28 hours straight. It was Resident Evil on PS and Mario Kart.
We would take turns playing RE throughout the night (well, one of us played while the others watched -- hey, it was a scary game for teenagers) and during the day, we played Mario Cart, four players.
It was crazy. Fortunately, we had stocked up on food -- chicken fingers, beef patties, candy, chips, instand noodles, even fruits -- and we werne't that dumb to not take a washroom break or food break.
It was fun.
On my own, I have played all the major sports on the EA library for at least 8 hours straight on different days of course. The franchise mode can get pretty addicting, especially if you wheel and deal a lot or make edits to your players ability.

i think i played a combo of Diablo 2 and CS at some net cafe from midnight to noon around 4 years ago. I'll never do that again, although I played world of warcraft for like 6-7 hours once on my day off.

I've wasted a LOT of hours playing Starcraft.
I've probably had some 10hr+ sessions playing TFC, Half Life, Day of Defeat, and CS.
Not to mention even way further back, I had some pretty huge marathons playing CivII, Master of Orion, and SimCity. Those games really really sucked my life away!! (but still well spent in hindsight hehe)
