Virgin Mobile Smartcare Premium

Hi RFD!

I need your advice with Virgin Mobile smartcare,
So my girlfriend's S4 have been having a hardware problem, and it seemed to be out of our power to fix it, so we were planning to use the Smartcare to to get the phone replaced, but Virgin is advising that we need to pay 150 for a replacement.

We were shocked because the charge of 150 is when you do not have a phone to send back such as stolen phone or completely damaged phone, and it didnt sound right for us.

Have any of you guys had a similar issues that you made advise better solution for us?

Thank you.

a lot of carrier's insurance plans have a deductible of 150 for physical, liquid and lost/stolen phone claims. Your situation seems like a "manufacture issue" which normally should be free of charge. but you have to look into the details of the virgin insurance.
