Virgin Internet Unlimited download - 50mbps/$40 & 100mbps/$50 for 12 Months

Retailer:
Virgin Mobile via Source
Although the virgin mobile website says $20 credit for 6 months on 50mbps plan, I was able to get the $20 discount on 100mbps plan too at The Source that too for 12 months instead of 6 months as advertised. I was surprised because earlier today I was chatting with virgin support and they said $20 credit is applicable for 50mbps plan only and if I go 100mbps I can get only 1st month free. I was told Virgin gives Bell's HomeHub 2000 as the modem/router.

50 mbps Unlimited Internet - $60 per month originally, with $20 credits for 12 months it is $40. Similarly 100 mbps Unlimited is $70, with $20 credit for 12 months comes to $50. After 12 months you will be paying the original plan price, there is no contract so you can cancel anytime.

There is no set up fee, modem or installation charges.

I got the promo before, it was $30 credit. My promo is ending in April, hopefully they will offer me the same thing.

Like I have said in OP, it's not advertised on Virgin mobile website nor their customer service can offer this $20 credit for 12 months on anything other than 50 mbps plan. But at The Source store, I was able to sign up for 100 mbps plan at $50 for a year.

You can try visiting The Source. If they can't give you as you are a current subscriber, you can cancel and sign up under a different name like your wife, siblings etc. as Virgin doesn't have any installation charges.

Edit: Provided your address supports speeds higher than 25 mbps. Please check Virgin website for what plans your address is eligible.

Signed up last night through Virginmobile chat. Got $30 off 50mbps so $30 a month plus $100 credit when I linked it to my cell phone (BYOP plan).
