A few weeks ago they were $150 TAB at FS and BB (but somewere reporting $200?). Folks were then immediately calling a switching to pay-as-you-go and paying off the tab within a few days (max 5-6 days). I used the excuse that I was buying it as a Christmas gift and paying it off so it was then free and clear to do what the owner wanted. You can root for free or pay to have it unlocked. Do a quick search on RFD to find a few other recent threads on the topic.

don't know if how superstore might be doing the tab -- but for the virgin site it is a $400 Tab + $50 GC Here

When I was at the RCSS in Edmonton they told me $150 on the tab and plans start at $20. So net cost is $150 + 20 -50= $120 for a good phone if you cancel within a month. Could get a Kooko S2x for $50 more which can be used on WIND/Mobi
