Isn't this On-Ear?
Yes...

Not sure why Visions are calling them "Over-Ear" ...I'll correct the title. Thanks for catching that.

This deal has cropped up a few times. I bought a pair and was rather unhappy. Extremely uncomfortable- the all metal design has next to zero flex, and the pads are non existent. I wouldn’t recommend even at 100

Agreed. Returned after a week. Using the Jabra 65t with comply eartips and never going back.

My comply tips keep on breaking up after about 3-5 days of use. I went back to the default included tips.

Which comply tips did you get? At first I was going to get truly wireless, but after doing some reading, it appears they're useless for the 65t. The smartcore sport pro have been giving me zero issues. Highly recommend them if you haven't tried them yet, and they're covered by Amazon's lovely return policy if you end up not liking them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was using the truly wireless comply foam tips...that was useless. My experience with other comply foam tips for shure and westone IEMs were a lot better. I'll give the smartcore sport pro a go. Thanks.

So, I went read up on reddit. Some guy cut up a pair of the silicon tips (to remove the flange), and put that on to the 65t, then put the comply tip over it. I just did the same thing (as I have some other comply tips lying around...I stock up on the Isolation+ and P-series comply tips annually when I head over to Asia).

Sounding sooooooo much better now! Thank you for the pointers.

Is that the only reason you disliked them? Uncomfortable?

I grabbed a pair and found the sound quality to be exceptional. Much nicer than my Sennheiser hd598 and AT M40X.

The comfort is decent on my head and if you care about aesthetics they look alright while wearing them.

Needless to say I kept them. There's also a discount if you pick up in store.

On-ears are an automatic no go for me.....there is no such thing as comfortable on-ears for me. Too bad because these are have good SQ for the price. If I use on-ears, it can't be for more than 30 minutes at a time.
RFD is not just about saving money, it's about the thrill of the hunt and not paying full price like Joe Shmoe did. This applies to everyday items as well as high end items that I don't really need.

They are definitely a good buy for sure. Unfortunately I heard the ear pads are glued on. That seems like the only problem with them.

I've been using these headphones almost daily for a few months and I am still amazed at how good they sound. Probably the best sounding cans you can get at the $100 price point. They're also pretty comfortable for on-ears.
