My friend was running it and he told me that many of his programs and drivers were incompatible. He uninstalled it and went back to 32 bit.

Running 64bit vista at home is to compensate having a smaller body part.

Worked fine on my gateway mx7520 a64 laptop. WinXP64 also worked well. My laptop is 64 bit but has older single core cpu- it is FAR more responsive when i have multiple apps running and i start jumping between applications, especially between different windows in explorer

you wont see much of a benefit in specific applications unless they are 64 bit, but every 32 bit app i tried works fine cause they are backwords compatible, like office, photoshop 7, battlefield 2142 etc

if you have a more recent machine, especially a dual core based system, you should probably be able to find 64 bit drivers, if not from your computer manufacturer, then from the actual part manufacturer

I wish that Apple would release 64-bit drivers for 64-bit Vista. They need to get with the program.
