Vista moving .dll files problem
Hey guys,
Recently i was using this program that requires a .dll file replacement.
Currently i am working with the DND and its what they recommand for installing their software.
Everything worked fine and at the end when i had to replace that .dll file with the existing file in my "C:\Windows\System32" folder. It gave me a message saying You need Permission to Perform this Action.

I checked my account properties and i am the administrator and i have rights to do these kinda administrative tasks.
I dont know what went wrong with the transffer. If anyone could help me out here, that`ll be awesome.
Thanks

Modify the permissions on the file, by default in Vista even Admins don't have write permissions to the system32 .dll files. Only the TrustedInstaller does.
If you don't know how to do that, you go into the Properties of the file and click on the Security tab, then click on Advanced. You'll need to take Ownership of the file, since TrustedInstaller is default owner also.
