[The Shopping Channel] Vitamix - The Shopping Channel - Today's Showstopper - $559 or 9 easy pays. NOV 3/12

Vitamix Aspire Blender with 48oz & 64oz Wet Containers

Not sure how great of a deal this is but the Vitamix is on The Shopping Channel as today's showstopper for $559. As you can see below it includes and extra 64oz container.

http://www.theshoppingchannel.com/pages ... v=R:510417

Includes:
• Vitamix® Aspire with 48oz. Container with Lid
• (2) Tamper & Lid Plug
• 64oz. Container with Lid
• Owner's Manual & Getting Started Guide
• Let's Get Started DVD & Recipes to Inspire Book

Warranty Information:
The product comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

What makes this nice is the 9 easy pays of $62.12.

I pulled the trigger as I've always wanted one.

Also you can get another 3.25% back on GCR.

Qvc. Com had it for 379 late august. US deal off fatwallet Site. Likely only one container as well. Six hundred plus on a blender dude. I hope you crush lots of stuff lol. Why not a blendtec?

Thought it was $499 at Costco, and that is the same one sold on the Vitamix website, and comes with the standard 7 yr warranty?

This model is the exact same feature wise and horsepower as the one sold at Costco but comes with a 5 year warranty. The aspire is the same as the 5200. Naturally I could care less about the extra container but the 9 easy pays is what sold me on this particular deal. Yes over $500 is alot for a blender but people that have a vitamix swear by them.

Op beat me to posting this. I've ordered one, was going to get one from Costco using my friends membership, but yeh the easy pay, interest free made a difference.
From what I've read online, the vitamix are sturdy. I think even with only 5 years compared to 7, these things are build to last more than 7 years.

Since I won't be the only one using the vitamix everyday, the extra cup is perfect.

For those who only needs one cup and prefer to pay the full payment, the Costco deal may be a better fit.

Trust me, it is well worth it's price if you use it. Think about all those people buying from jumba juice, jungle juice or whatever for $3-$6 a cup when you can make your own for less than $0.25 a cup. And it last forever.

Blendtec has too many electronics and I am sure it will be the first to go...

My girlfriend has a heavy duty blender and uses it quite often. She comments that it's rather pricey to blend fresh fruits. Apples, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, melons, yogurt, fruit juice, etc. I always tell her she would be far better off eating the fruits in their natural form as you get the benefit of the fiber, without the blender pulverizing it up.

I wonder how often this sale comes up? I probably would have jumped on this had I saw it. I signed up for a TSC online account and added it this package to my wish list. I wonder if they will notify me when it is on the show again.

I just picked up the Vitamix 500 Pro from Crate and Barrel for $349.99. Not sure how long the sale is on for though.

I watched this over the weekend.. Decided to pull the trigger this morning with 3.25% RFD Cashback. It's not as good of a deal as the QVC ones awhile back, but I think it's still decent.
