Wal-Mart LCD TV Clearance: Updated Consolidated Thread 40" $398/$498 32" $298 19" $98

UPDATE: Decided to Consolidate a couple of Threads to Help Everyone. Lots of TV's on Clearance scattered from Various threads on here. Stock is Very YMMV based on everyone's response in all of the threads. Calgary's stock is poor to non-existant based on what I have seen for many of these TV's. I will try to update this with any other models that are available as they are posted.

There's should be a fair bit of the Emerson 19" around. Most of the others are YMMV for sure.


For my 1000th post, thought I would share a deal on some LCD TV's from Wal-Mart. These TV's went on clearance August 19th, so stock is YMMV depending on store. To locate one, you can go into a Wal-Mart store and ask them to look for stock with the sku number provided below with their inventory gun. Prices are nationwide.

Pretty hot deals IMO but it seems all the WM's near me have very limited stock on anything in electronics. I always get excited, head down to the store and find nothing.

My friend is actually looking for a decent, not too expensive, LCD TV. This 40'' at walmart seems awesome for him. Are you sure it is the LN40B500 ?

This model doesn't seem to be sold anywhere else. It's a shame Walmart is not showing the model number on the website. Someone has a clue?

We bought a 42" RCA L42WD22 years ago at wall mart and have been very happy with it. No issues in 3 years of very heavy use, (2 kids and a stay at home mom addicted to reality shows), and not a single problem. Still impressed with the picture though vertical viewing angles really suck (a tilt mount solves that problem).

No experience with that particular model but impressed with the brand and from my experience would buy another RCA.

that zellers deal was a huge YMMV.. bravia itself is better though..specially with the samsung/lg vcapacitor issues..
