Most Ontario Wal-Marts now have Inferno and Vector Prime. Inferno being the only original Voyager of this Universe series.

It's on fire!
Make them even happier, this item is in the WM flyer this week... it has an error it states 'Transformers Universe or Animated Voyager Class Figures $10'.
The Animated part seems to be an error, go forth PM the flyer at other toy shops and SCOP one for free at WM! (it should be free if they have not issued a pricing error and it scans at greater then $10 at the checkout!)

Was at WM for something else and figured I'd try to score Animated Lugnut Voyager class as per the advice. Scanned in at 29.99, I mentioned it should be 10$. She phoned the department and got someone to say give it to me for 10$. I then mentioned the SCOP. Manager was called and disappeared for 10 minutes. Came back and denied that it qualified for SCOP. Agreed to give it to me for 10$ due to the persons error in "saying they would give it to me for 10$". I took it for 10$ after a few minutes of protest. She claimed that all the 10$one were sold already. I knew from a previous visit that none of the Animated voyager class were ever priced at 10$.

if they were to honor the SCOP, you'd have to pay $19.99. i think $10 is a better deal

Correct, it's funny how the manager didn't know this after putting up such resistance.
Must be an ex FailureShop manager.

Wow It's amazing how someone like me (a non-canadian) not lived here all my life knows the system but others who have been here for all their lives don't... maybe you two have not lived here that long though (many have and still don't know)...
Scanning Code of Practice - SCOP
Ahem...
1. THE ITEM FREE SCANNER POLICY
Retailers will implement an Item Free Scanner Policy as follows:
1.1 On a claim being presented by the customer, where the scanned price of a product at checkout is higher than the price displayed in the store or than advertised by the store, the lower price will be honoured; and
(a) if the correct price of the product is $10 or less, the retailer will give the product to the customer free of charge; or
(b) if the correct price of the product is higher than $10, the retailer will give the customer a discount of $10 off the corrected price.
AKA this item is advertised at $10 if it rings through the checkout at greater than $10 you get it for the advertised price $10 less the $10 SCOP provides...
So $10 - $10 = $0

I'll confess to my nerd-dom as being a Transformers collector. On the Canadian Transformers Boards this sale has been both great and a frustration.
Great = the Universe Voyagers at $10
Frustration = the Animated Voyagers being listed in the flyer at $10, but not in stores
Long and short of it is that at Wallys across Canada it has been a huge struggle in many cases to get the Animated ones at the advertised $10 price. We've had folks stuck for half an hour arguing with several employees and managers only to be told at the end of it that they would NOT sell the Animated voyagers at $10 period, let alone talk SCOP.
Problem 1 seems to be that although the flyer says Universe or Animated, it only lists 1 item code (the one for Universe). The computers have not been set to scan the Animated ones at $10 either, so the argument by some Wally's employees seems to be that the computer says $29.99 and the flyer only has the one item number, for Universe Voyagers, so no sale.
Either there is an error in the flyer or there is an error in the computer system - either way it should either be fixed in the computer system OR a "Flyer Correction" notice should be posted on the doors of the stores. We shouldn't be in this limbo mode of "The Price is... Something!" and arguing with managers.
Long story short: If you can get them to honor the flyer price on the Animated ones, great - but don't count on it as many have reported failing to. If on top of that you get the SCOP on the first one - WOW victory!

I agree there was no chance of getting it free as a SCOP even though by rule as pointed out a few posts above I should have. The manager falsely claimed that it was a favor to give me it for 10$ and that the ones on sale in the flyer were already sold. I know this was BS but how much energy are you going to spend. I still got one animated voyager for 10$. It also was the only one in stock.

Figured I'd add to this thread: spotted in my Toys R Us flyer that starting this Friday all Transformers Scout class toys will be $6.

I went yesterday and they all changed the prices and SKU number on those universe toys. In the flyer it says 29.82$ toys with a sku # and in store when I scanned t hem and talk to employees, they were 28.82 with a different SKU number. Some of them that I scanned are the same as the poster posted.
That pisses me off!
