Vaughan Walmart had some clearance bikes as well
I picked up a CCM monza commuter/comfort bike for $100 (reg 209), its heavy (steel frame) but it included the rear rack, fenders, and pannier bags). They still had some last night. Also got a lambourghini leggenda hybrid bike for my wife (sorry it was the last one) for $70 (reg $229). It is very lite, aluminum frame, looks really nice. Luckily this weekend the weather is going to be pretty mild in toronto, so will get a chance to take them for a spin to check out how well have they been assembled and make adjustments as needed.
These are my first department store bike, so flame away at me guys, I know how many of you think they are POS. I have an old Giant 760 ATX that my father recovered from the trash about 15 years ago and it has served me well. It is my preferred ride for anything off-road, a really good bike. Its chro-alloy frame is lite. I also have an old Peugeot 10 speed road bike (another trash recovery). I wish I had kept my Gitane 10 speed that I rode while a teenager, I am surprised how much these things can now get on craigslist. Now that I am older, I wanted something with a more comfortable upright riding position so that i can ride with my son (he's 4).

Brought them back
I have returned the two walmart clearance bikes. The lambourghini leggenda had an occasional squeal that i traced back to the rear wheel hub/bearings(the rear hub had too much side to side motion in them, just not right), And the ccm monza crank would slip when you really put some torque on the pedals (like when you are standing on it going up a hill).
So if you see them at the clearance in the Walmart in Vaughan, beware.
Instead I Spent a hundred bucks and got my old Giant 760ATX tuned and had the bike shop swap the old tires for street tires.
Originally I thought that fixing up the old bike was not worth it, when for the same money I could buy a new department store bike. But know I now better.
