Managed to get this for $3.88 + taxes with $10 off SCOP. It says class 4 in the flyer but online says class 6, but the cashiers/manager at Wal-Mart didn't know the difference. I think the class 4 is the one on sale.
The one that is on sale - class 10! You just grabbed the wrong card, that is way it was scanned for a different price.

This is the one I grabbed below, class 6 (not the class 10 microSD, but the bigger size):

http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/lexar-secur ... 0153706421

Although it should be class 4 on sale (according to flyer), yet the website has the class 6 on sale only (but not class 4).

Very confusing!

Hmm, I got both the micro SD and the "regular" size SDHC, and the big one says on packaging "Class 6"...so, again if it was scanned for a different price you just got the wrong card.

Probably not "wrong card", but different/wrong UPC number or packaging thus causing to scan at $27.97 instead of $13.88. Looks like same item to me.

Gotta love the free shipping from walmart!

Made two orders yesterday and received both shipping notification emails tonight. One is a microSD card that weighs next to nothing and the other is a 100lb pantry. Both free shipping and to my door!

Wish more Canadian retailers were like this.

edit: oops I actually thought I was posting this in the other main walmart boxing day thread. Oh well.

We had no luck on that.....went to one WM and the electronics guy told us the microSD are all sold out at that $13.88 price, even the shelf still had around 20 hanging there.
Went to another WM, same thing, there were stocks on the shelf, but the photolab lady there said it's "limited quantity" at 13.88. We then went to talk to the manager at customer service, but still she told us it's "limited quantity at the price of $13.88". > :( > :( > :(

I picked up two Lexar 32GB microSD cards from South Keys in Ottawa this morning. None were marked at the boxing day price, but I did find the matching card.

Prices came up as $29. Talked to the electronics department manager and he honoured the boxing day price of $13.88.

Write to the card from a SDD is around 14.5MB/s.
Write to SDD from the card is around 22.1MB/s.

All OOS by about 6:10am at this location.

Don't mean to rain on anybodys parade, but aren't the reviews on this cards reliability on Future Shop and Best Buy pretty bad?

http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/reviews/ ... 31f239en21

http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/lex ... c364a7en02

A friend got one as well and he said that the model number differs from those and was hoping it perfomance wouldnt reflect the reviews...
