the pitcher for $15 is a good deal, the filter 3-pack not so great.
I usually spend no more than $4 per filter. Last time I got these at Costco on sale for $20 for a pack of 5!

Last year around this time, it was on sale at $6.49+tax for a 2-pack. So if you use that as a yardstick, a fair price would be about ?$3.5 each this year

$5 sounds like a regular price, if it's urgent buy. But if you are just looking for stocking some reserves, then wait.

You'll probably have to buy online from an internet seller, google for it. Some local stores may carry it, check their website as well.
