Yes, I have cooked rice. I understand it expands. I'm referencing the capacity of the vessel, not how rice expands. This is not just for rice.

By the way, they say one of the functions is to do bread raising. Does it mean it can bake bread ? I actually have more need for a bread maker than ANOTHER rice cooker as I already have a rice cooker with timer and an instant pot (which can cook rice as well) Face With Tears Of Joy

I would assume it's just for raising the dough, which requires a warm moist condition for the yeast to work. You don't need a device for it but it does work better with a uniform temperature (which is probably like a warming feature on this cooker), especially when it's cold out. Looking at the spherical inner pot, it would probably be a terrible bread maker anyway, unless you like your bread in scoops ;)

Agree. Most people would just use that one function --> Rice cooking Face With Tears Of Joy

Call the store or visit the customer service of one store, they should be able to tell you which store still has stock ;)
