[Walmart] Walmart two day sale! YMMV

Hey peeps!! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that WM is supposedly having two day sale on November 28th and 29th. I saw the sign at the Square One location and it was black, so I'm assuming it's a reflection of Black Friday sales at WM in the US. Nothing has been released yet on details, but knowing WM, they'll have some pretty sweet deals!

Oh and just in case, YMMV.

I think after Dec 11 (might be a week earlier) Walmart will move from 7-12 to 24 hours. Not sure if that's country wide but it's at least GTA.

I picked up the Hamilton Beach toaster oven from Walmart this morning for $24.00. The top element would no longer work on the one I had.

there was a crazy lineup for NHL2k10.. I felt kinda of bad.. woman came out from the back warehouse and started handing out to the people at the end of the line at first.. I was obviously near the end..

picked up Fight Night Rd 4 and Guitar Hero Smash Hits at the same time.

There was a huge problem today at Ottawa stores. The HE Sunlight detergent that is advertised for 9.48 is not in stock at the stores. They have skids set out and signs saying it is HE detergent but it is actually regular detergent. People were grabbing it like crazy thinking it was HE but it really wasn't. Everyone working there had no idea what to do.

Seems like BB may be feeling the pinch, as others have mentioned most of the electronics deals have been price matched by BestBuy... check their website.

It was HE here. So it must be a YMMV. No NHL2K10, I was hoping to find that.

Nothing much I needed, but Rayovac batteries were on sale and I picked up a pack of 3 9volts for $3.97 which is pretty good.

Yeah there was a line-up and Walmart was smart to limit 1 per customer (thus i only got 2 copies there). BB on the other hand didn't have this limit and you can also PM @ FS (well not NHL 2k10 as they have a different version of the game... tho if you get a careless rep, i guess it might be possible).
