[Walmart] Walmart windshield wiper $10 + free installation

Local Walmart here in Winnipeg on Kenaston have windshield wipers for sale. I can't remember the model name, but it looks similar to CT's Reflex wiper blades and made in Korea. Frameless and suppose to reduce lift, etc. Regular price $16, on sale at $10 for all sizes(saw sizes up to 22") and free installation at the auto bay. It beats CT Reflex blades' $20 price tag if you wanted to try these ones first.

These type of wipers are standard on my car ( 06 Jetta ).
I find they are really useless at low driving speeds.

Seems they need wind pressure to hold them against the glass.

I disagree somewhat, I drive dozens of '06 and newer Jettas every week no matter the weather and find that they're fine.

and this seems like a good deal

It's just not that hard to change wipers.

Buy good wipers instead of Walmart (likely Chinese knockoff) wipers.

Costco has Michelin (the tire company) frameless wipers for 12.99 i think any size.
I had NaPa autoparts version of the reflex blades and they were crappy.
The Costco blades are nice and thick and perform much better.
As for the free instal...it literally took me 2.5 minutes to put them on. It doesn't take a genius to figure out hope to put wipers on

I agree, but sometimes it's not fun to do it with bare hands out in the cold, either.

Agreed... I have used these for 2 years now and love them! I even had an end cap pop off once, when I snapped it against the windshield, after cleaning the windshield, and Costco replaced it no questions asked. The cap held the rubber squeegee in place...

And people that pay dealerships and stores to install wiper blades... OMG, it is literally less than 5 minutes to do both...
