Not sure if this is warm? Also please no flaming :P as I am not much of a Hot Deals poster.

Future Shop is having a 3 Day sale where all iPad 2 models are on sale. Example the 16GB WiFi is $489.99. I know its been out for cheaper in the past. Personally I am not a fan, but thought those who are, it might be suitable.

wait until iPad 3, which is rumored to have quad core (finally, considering Asus brought out theirs months ago), more memory and possibly higher-res.

don't be surprised if Apple by-pass the high-rez this time, and pull the iPad 2S bs on everyone.

no, i'm not making this up, there were rumours about the retina-display for iPad size screen drains too much battery.

At this time though, I would wait for the iPad 3. Its rumoured to release sometime in the middle of March.

Picked up 2 32gb playbooks today, each for 1/6th the price of an iPad Just wish the screen size was 10" lol

It's amazing that Apple can continue to sell the iPad at such a ridiculous price when many other tablet's have trouble at $200-300. There's even an Asus tablet running Tegra 3 and an 8 megapixel camera coming out for $249 soon.

Im sure ipad 3 will be at least 5 months away, especially until you can just walk into a store and pick one out.. Wouldnt surprise me if its almost a year until that

it can be as early as March. Foxconn already hired tons of people to rev up the productions.

no idea where you got the 1 year away idea, when was the last time Apple tablet waited 2 years for a refresh?
