Warm: Ninja Gaiden 2 for $49.99 at BB
Just a gentle reminder that Ninja Gaiden 2 is $10 off retail today only at BB.

No indication on the website, but I'm pretty sure it's a one-day price.
I may PM it at FS, then hold on to it until the bloody demo finally gets released.

No love for this?
The BB at Bay & Dundas should be sold out now, but the FS yesterday had plenty of stock.
It's sitting here wrapped until the demo comes out, but I don't know if I can wait that long.

This is also a trade 3, get it free title at EB Games. For those not wanting to find $8+ valued games to trade, this is a fair deal.
True RFD'ers would PM at FS ($59.99) for the extra $1 off though....

does this game worth chipping out $60 or no? I already played and owned NG Sigma for the PS3 and I enjoyed it, if it's the samething, might not worth my money and time at all

Are you sure they never had it to begin with? The BB & FS near me at Northland Mall in Calgary still do not have this game in stock and never did to begin with but all the other BS & FS in Calgary seem to have stock.

It's been at this price all week, I thought about cancelling my order through amazon, although saving the $10 makes me want to wait another couple of days.

I just came back from the BestBuy on Merivale in Ottawa which have quite a few left and I paid only 49.99$ + tax. Looks like the one day sale price is still in effect at that location. I have a reciept I can scan if that will help others PM or something.

I really liked Ninja Gaiden, but the games are just too hard for casual gamers to get into. The difficulty is poorly balanced and most people will shelve the game rather than spend hours retrying the same levels and bosses. Around level 5 I just said 'enough of this' and quit playing it. It's too bad as the graphics and gameplay were amazing, but the play balancing is so poor. I heard Ninja Gaiden 2 has the same problems. i'll probably still buy it when it hits around $25, but I wouldn't pay full price.
The reviews said the graphics of NG2 were poor, which surprised me given that Ninja Gaiden had awesome graphics for its time in 2004.

Way, way, way too difficult of a game
Games like this make me glad I'm a pirate.. This game is barely worth the $5 verbatim I burned it on
Got sick of it within 1 day
Enjoy dying 5000 times at incredibly annoying bosses

Yeah, the graphics are quite sub-standard for a Team Ninja game as is the awful camera. Gee, the producer (i forgot his name) who just departed Tecmo over back pay is such a cocky SOB. Perhaps he should spend more time with his titles instead of blowing sunshine up our arses.
Anyway, a weekend rental will suffice on this title.
