Can we buy GCs?
I definitely don’t need one, so I’ll do the right thing and pick one up on my way home. 😎

**Just pick one and don't loot** 😠

Combine this with the 10% Staples offer, you can grab AirPods for $219 - 10% + tax = $223 - $10 = $213 taxes in (for those interested in AirPods).

Edit: Damn Staples doesn't have Amazon gift cards..
No, but if you buy a $50 gift card (to get the $10 statement credit), then you can use the gift card to pay for your item online with the 10% off code.

Your Eligible Personal Banking Account must remain open and in good standing, and the Qualifying Criteria you performed to get the Reward (such as payroll/pension deposit, pre-authorized payments) must remain in effect until September 30, 2020.

You can't even cancel your payroll or pre-authorized payments until next year.

Buy $25 x 2 Petro Canada gift card.

Go pump ~$27 - $28 worth of gas. (say 25L)

Go inside.
Give petro point card (collect points)
Give $25 gift card (Reduce bill by $25)
Give price privileges card. (5c for example, reduce bill by $1.25)
Pay the remaining ~$1 with RBC linked cards.

Get 3c off the entire 25L, to reduce your bill by 75c, so you only pay ~$0.25 with your rbc card.

So you paid $20 for the gift card (while getting 20 RBC reward points) + $0.25 on your rbc card.
Total cost $20.25, for value of ~$27 - $28.

Comes out to be about 25% off. (including the 5c price discount cards)

Where do you get 5c price discount cards?
Go to your local no frills.
They sell $50 petro gift cards, attached to it, a free 5c price discount for 140L (value of $7).
(Similar technique would work for the $50 petro gift card, if you pump ~$54 - $55 worth of fuel.)

Have 2 RBC clients in the household.
Bought $25 x 2 petro, on each account, for $100 in total.
