Probably un-authorized, so enjoy it before it is cracked-down.
I was able to watch the 8:30 drama on my notebook hooked up with the Wind mobile phone at work, with approximately 1 minute delay, and it was super smooth with only occasional buffering pause.

Oh, thank god! I miss watching TVB-Jade.
There was a site that had the Mainland China feed for a year until it shut down in January. They even had HBO-Asia and ESPN Taiwan._______________

The video quality is pretty good. The only bad thing is they made the 16:9 video to 4:3 and the sound quality on ATV isn't that good

So you basically have to watch the shows live? or can watch them at ur own pace?
