Sorry if this is off topic, but is there any concern I should have about buying an Omega from Costco, such as warranty issues ??

Back on topic, my dream watch now is the Rolex Explorer II (Black face), but realistically I am saving for a (bargain) Bond Seamaster. ;)
The Devil made me buy it - RFD.

Sure not. If you have a problem with your Omega watch in the first year (which would be VERY surprising) you can return it to Costco for an exchange or a refund. If you get it from an AD, you will have to give it to him, wait between 1 and 4 months to get it back..

Mmmmm, love that XXL ^^^

I absolutely love my Oris TT1 Diver's. It's one hell'uva bargain if you're looking for a decent watch. I think it retails for about $2K CAD, but I found it for about $850 tax inc. by ordering it from the US.

It has excellent build-quality and is accurate to within +/-2 seconds per day. It compares favourably to several big-name $3-4K CAD watches that I've handled.

Everyone needs to stop buying into the ubiquitous marketing campaigns of Tag and Rolex and get just as good a watch for 1/2 the price. 1/3 if you find a great deal ;)

I highly recommend Oris to anyone looking to get into nicer watches but doesn't have the bank to do it :cheesygri

I have a Movado Eliro which I bought when in St. Martin in year 2000. I saved over half of what it costs in Canada.

I just recently changed the battery--otherwise there were no problems. The scratch-proof mineral crystal really is scratch-proof.

Not a big fan of the Big Bang... But in total agreement with the ROO... Just not sure how you can justify spending that much cash on one watch if you make less than $100k a year. Oh well... one can dream right? :)

This pic doesn't do this beautiful watch justice but I've always wanted to add a Cerix to my watch ranks. Maybe for Christmas =)

Very nice. I also like Porsche watches. My fav is an older one, but nonetheless nice:
