Water seeping through wall
I noticed water is seeping through the basement wall. It is behind the poly tarp in the middle of the wall where we have band. I asked the builder and they said that a lot of homes are having the exact same problem because it has been so hot and you should consider getting a dehumdifier and opening the blinds throughout the whole house.
Does it sounds right? I have no previous experience so I need help from you all.

Can you actually see water flowing out, or is it just dampness? I assume you do not have any interior waterproofing sealant applied to the concrete block foundation wall, you'll probably see some dampness coming through, as concrete will pull in moisture from the outside. When we bought our house (it is older), the basement was unfinished and we had a little bit of dampness on the concrete blocks in some areas. Before we framed/insulated/vapour barrier'd our basement walls, we applied 2 coats of King Brush 'n Seal throughout the entire basement and haven't had any moisture/dampness seep through since.

If you have a LEAK, then the problem cannot be fixed from the inside. You may be able to patch it/inject from the inside to stop the bleeding, but it will likely re-appear in time. Water problems must be addressed from the OUTSIDE. This could be as simple as ensuring water is graded away from the side of your house, and that you don't have any water pooling near the foundation. You may also want to ensure your downspouts are draining a sufficient distance from your house. Applying a waterproof membrane to your foundation will stop ANY water from coming in, and is the ultimate solution to water problems. However, it comes at a price
Please take a picture so we can better assist.

That doesn't sound right to me. The heat should have nothing to do with water getting through your foundation. We are not talking about extreme heat here are we? Like 60 degree celcius +? I don't know if your foundation should leak even if it was that high. If there's a leak in the foundation most often it will be the result of a crack. This should be fixed on the exterior wall.

This is what I am thinking. This is a brand new contruction closed 3 months ago. There is no water on floor or other part of the wall. This is where they put the band and poly targ has a joint.
I am trying to upload some pictures but due to the size I can't. I will upload as soon as I have time to reduce the size of those pictures.

I would say it might be condensation but without pictures and given the time of year, it seems unlikely.

Remove the tarp then see if the moisture disappears off the wall.
