Aha, FR151 DE was ridiculously easy when I took it and I only took up to grade 9 French. But I heard in recent years for the DE course, they added a speaking component where you had to record yourself speaking French? I only had a few online MC quizzes throughout the term, 1 midterm, and final when I took it.

This guy asked for advice on what class to take way back in 2006 and the discussion is still going. Also, MUSIC 140 is not hard at all. 3 multiple choice tests on identifying a song's title, performer, genre, decade, etc. And a brief 700 word concert review, largely filled by the things required to include. NO EXAM or MIDTERM. You can get 90 without going to class, but class is interesting and the prof is funny.

HIST 200 is no longer a bird course, im taking it right now. Both discussions my groups had 11 and 12% averages and i only managed to get 65/66 respectively. The T.a's in this course are extremely subjective and the professor (i think its his first year teaching this) is terrible and has no motivation to teach it, and is extremely rude when someone asks him a question.

I think it's really important that you also add your prof in addition to course class. Thanks to some posts, I was able to distinguish why REC 280 was easy for some, and hard for others. Looking forward to taking REC 280 with Stephen Smith in the Winter 2012 term!
