way to slow down how fast the screen scrolls?

hi,
i have a sIIx and i am wondering if there is a setting or app that slows down how fast the screen scrolls. i use both finger and stylus and using either one i find it hard to scroll to where i want without it scrolling so fast it passes what i want before i can even hit the spot to stop it. (hope you understood that)

I'm constantly going back and forth to get my screen to the right spot to look at settings or to browse or anything that scrolls.

I know on a computer you can adjust how fast things scroll but i cant find any settings on my phone for this.

any help would be appreciated.

yes it will, but for an app to scroll faster will require special permission from your phone anyways which means you need to root your s2 which also voids your warranty
so the answer is no with scroll speed unless you void your warranty =]

probably doesn't matter but the app or setting is to make it scroll slower not faster.

it is too bad there isn't a setting for scroll speed already built in.
