Wearing real fur

Does anybody here were real fur? I'll admit I do, rarely, matter of fact yesterday was the only time this year cuz of the bitter cold. It's come to the point where I fee sef-conscious wearing it anymore but I'm a really small person, no fat to keep me warm, and fur is still the warmest thing there is. Anybody else who's willing to admit it...lol?

i dont have no pimped out fur coat like denzel does in american gangseter...but i do have real fur on rim of my hood on my jacket...but who doesnt have that?

Yes, did you read my post. I don't wear it for fashionable reasons, I wear it because its the warmest thing there is...so yeah, warmer than what I usually wear.

I wear a fox and a sherling. I love the warmth both provide!!!

IMO if the animal was farm raised for the purpose of keeping me warm, then it's AOK!!

I admit it too. You're absolutely right Nikita, there is nothing warmer. I love my sable in this weather. Now if there was something I could do with my Grandmother's persian lamb to make it more fashionable....

o0vL, I wouldn't be too proud of that fur trim yet. There is a very high probability that it's dog or cat fur.

I do have faux fur on my jacket though.

I don't have a fur coat since I haven't been able to find one that doesn't look ridiculous on me, but I do wear rabbit ear muffs from time to time. I suppose the rabbit fur is purely for fashion, and not function, but I've had them since I was a kid.

Funny that you'd ask this today Nikita! I was in the Yonge/Sheppard area today and saw at least a dozen women in real coats. Then at Costco in Oakville I saw another four. I was pleasantly surprised!

but i wouldn't mind a hoodie with some fur lined inside. must be really warm

Thank you 3 weddings and CSK, I feel much better now , guess the animal guilters are getting to me. And yeah, my minks were farm raised.
