What would the functionality required? Reason being, if it's nothing fancy, then there's probably no easier way than a blog. Easy to post, easy to change themes, easy to manage.

want to design a simple website,no flash...can anyone recommend a free web builder...or even a hosting website that offers free webbuilder wares with subscription...thanks
