Web Domain/host question!
How often do webhosts backup their websites?
Is it daily or weekly etc? Had an issue tonight and I had a techie tell me because we were making changes on a live server it wasnt being frequently updated.
Im in panic mode because of all the content I might have lost on the website !

Many hosting companies will state daily/weekly backups but that's not always the case.
Your best bet is to backup the data yourself, I had a gig Database go AWOL on me and the hosting company at the time didn't back up. Lucky I backed up the database myself from a weekly cron job but I was out on a weeks worth of data.
Call your hosting company and find out if they did or not.

It can vary greatly between hosting companies. Some just run a RAID setup for some fault tolerance others will do daily backups some weekly, some monthly. But you should do your own backups anyways it just adds another resource to use incase of a loss of data.
We do nightly off site backups.

Regardless of what your hosting company do, you should do your own backup regularly. If you read more carefully their terms and conditions, almost all of them will say that there's no guarantee that you'll get your backup intact.
