Webiste Flash tutorial/lessons

Ive been looking everywhere, but there seems to be too much information on tutorials/templates/lessons on building websitesd with flash. I am putting up a small website and have some ideas of what I want to do, which will require some flash, but ive never really used it before, so I was looking for some online help or good books.

Can anyone suggest any good material. Online (and free) would be ideal, but books, or anything else would be helpful. Im not looking for anything too advanced, just a simple, good intro.

Tutorialized.com offers some great tutorials for various apps including Flash. They have tutorials for navigation menus and effects but you'll have to put it together for a website.

FlashKit is another good site for Flash resources. They have a message board where you can post alot of your questions.

I don't really know of any sites that acutally teach you how to make the entire site in flash, but these are two sites that I use regularly as resources.

Thats exactly what im looking for. Not so much how to put a web page together, but just some starting points and tips on where to start with flash.
