cant anyone do that? i mean isnt that same as when your on a plane and you want to push out your ear wax a little? dont know what it does but i know airs comes outta ur ears. or maybe its just me. i also do it when i get water and it pushes it out too. maybe this guy did it alot to train muscles.

The reason he can blow a balloon up with his ears is because he has a small puncture in his ear drum. The hole probably isn't big enough to affect his hearing that much, but this hole will allow him to blow air through his ears if he plugs his nose.

Trust me, my prof just told us about this in my anatomy class not that long ago. Ahhhh... the joys of learning! Hahah
