What is being built at Pharmacy and Eglinton?

I'm referring specifically to the North side of Eglinton, between Pharmacy and Warden. Does anyone know? I've been passing there for years since the Knob Hill closed, and now it looks like something is definitely happening, probably retail. Thanks.

I know for sure that the area is scheduled to have one of the first Walmart/Grocery stores in Canada. I've heard that they are going to close the Walmart down across the street and move to the other side.
