I often start my day with Banana Chocolate Chunk and coffee.
Made with whole grains, real banana, dark chocolate and topped with granola, the Banana Chocolate Chunk can be part of your new and delicious morning routine as well.
The nutritional information is brutal though. 430 calories and 40g(!) of sugar. WHO recommends just 25g daily for most adults. Maybe that's why it is so tasty?
An earlier version of this article incorrectly described a behavior of crows exposed to crow corpses. Live crows only touch, attack and attempt intercourse with crow corpses, they do not scavenge them. (Actual NYT correction)

Sask.
I just looked up the nutrition facts for the fruit and fibre one, not as bad as the one above.
However, I don't eat the whole thing at once, it's usually three or four servings for me, that I eat over a few days. They are huge!

Lol, a muffin is eaten in one sitting by me. I know darned well they are full of calories and crap though. I'm not under any illusions that today's "muffins" are anything but cake.

My preference in order:

1. Banana Chocolate
2. Carrot
3. Blueberry

Nvm...they are all about the same...looks like blueberry has the least amt of sugar??

Damn, these things are terribad for you!!

In the Fall they have the apple oat muffin, they are my favourite, specially when they are still warm and a nice crunchy top.

In for Egg Mc! My sweet tooth fell out a long time ago - too much sugar in these.

Used to love the apple and oat muffin but that was seasonal and they haven't brought it back.

I haven't liked their muffins since they switched to the big paper wrapping and reduced the size of the muffin top!
