Some interest sensitive stocks (BCE, BIP, FTS, etc) holding in despite the slightly higher bonds yields today due to the better than expected US GDP at 8:30am and corporate bond supply, rate locks. CPX testing ath ($30.25) for the 3rd time this month. Through and back down now.

Update: T looking to test ~$48.38 resistance for the third time. https://invst.ly/a5tws

What do you guys think about TCL.A? Getting killed today on their ER (revenue up, operating earnings down, EPS down).
Buy right, hold tight. Keep calm and go long.

TD earnings per share $1.56, street expect $1.72; but the $1.56 include a one time charge of agreement with Air Canada for Aeroplan which has an impact of 0.24 cents per share...so, 1.56+0.24=$1.8 per share...TD actually beat the expectation...Am I wrong?TD raised dividend by 10% today...but it is down 2%+ today?

Whenever there is significant news about a company (good or bad) there is often an overreaction.

Not adjusted numbers $1.27 act vs $1.49 expected. $1.56 $1.57 adjusted accounts for the Aeroplan hit. Capital markets were down for all as the was little to no new issuance in both DCM and ECM.
