Any reason for ALA jump today? TD lowered target from $37 to $32, but it's ramping 2.4%. Bought a ton at 23 and change, which is turning out to be a great buy.

I closed out a lot of my positions when the trade war started. Trying to be very patient on re-entry. Missed the last tech swing up. Must resist.

Wish I had spare cash to pick up ALA back then - and didn't have a case of "i've got plenty of time later".

News came out yesterday suggesting Kitimat LNG has higher chance of happening. That might have helped ALA.

what could possibly go wrong?

I'm looking at buying 10 shares AMZN ~$1745US/share for a buy & hold, exit the position 12 mths from now or 25% ROI whichever comes first

edit: I put my order in good till end of this week, see if it gets filled

What's everyone's thought on LNR right now?
They seem well run and are looking really undervalued.

They are almost mostly Canada but they also have plants in Mexico so any auto tariffs would be brutal. In the long term, EVs increasing share of cars could also be a big issue for them.

I think LNR is well run and they've got good management. Industry is cyclical but they are doing a good job diversifying. It's obviously sold off as of late, presumably due to NAFTA fears.

I continue to hold.
