What is the difference; Sony C905 vs Sony C905A

ok i know the c905a is the north american version,
but what does that mean?

isn't the c905 QUAD band? so what does it matter?

i'm probably going to get one, and I don't know what the differences are?
is there much better performance of the c905a vs the c905???

I think the C905a is the American version, which will have the appropriate 3G bands for use here.

But all C905 are quad band.
