What to do in Tijuana? For those who's been there...Thanks!

I will be there in the middle of march for 3-4 days. Any advice will be appreciated ie. sightseeing, food, entertainment, and etc.

My spending habit is to get the best bang for your buck.

You can always to to San Diego Sea World or Disney Land lol, Tijuana really isn't a family tourist town? We went there for an afternoon once a few years ago, not very good. Cancun > Tijuana.

Travel tip: If you're entering through San Diego, remember to have your return air ticket with you (or at least your eticket reciept). US Immigration can be a pain upon your return and if you can't demonstrate an exit strategy for the US and they might refuse you entry. That leaves you in Tijauna with limited options for returning to Canada.
