But for anything else i want clothing that actually fits me. Try on "medium" button down shirt in 10 different stores and they all fit differently. And pants are even worse. A 32" waste pair of pants can be +/- 5 inches, not to mention the way the rest of it fits.

I'm genuinely curious.

Most stores have size charts, plus I usually buy clothes from the same handful of places, so knowing how fit their sizes are from past purchases, I can accurately size future purchases. Most stores also allow instore returns/exchanges - AE being an exception.

Another reason why I like to buy online is I get excited twice - once when I score a good deal and pay, and once when I actually receive the item :)
Tons of things for sale!

Honestly if Amazon.ca offered consumables with a subscription option I would literally never set food in a store again (except a butcher shop, fruit/veggy market...well costco too but that's just an addiction I can't kick).

My parents in the U.S do it and it saves you sooo much time (and money by not doing dumb impulse buys in the grocery store).
