I was thinking today that maybe it would be an interested thing to find out.
If we're truly such a community., You'd think it would be natural to almost always assume any meeting would be at least a quarter of an hour., trading over a cappuccino or my favourite., Bubble Tea

I voted the first one for the most part. Most of my transactions happen right at my house so we usually talk for a bit, ranges between 5 minutes and has gone for upto 30 minutes.

It's either the first or the third option for me. But most of my transactions have been meet up, exchange and go. Only one transaction have myself and the buyer hung around and chit chatted about cars and boys and their toys.

Dinner, movie, and back to my place. Unless they want cash.

I voted for the last one, because I am just that lonely...

Here's another topic, safety when trading? What happens when you are trading when its dark outside?
I always bring two flashlight with me. One small Fenix for light and one large Mag in case it gets physical.

I bring my two fists. Nobody's going to mess with these bad boys.
Why do a trade in a dark place, though? I'm sure there are many more public areas (coffee?) to do the trade at, unless you're going to their place. In that case, at least you know where they live for when you want to go back for round 2.

Yeah if the trade doesn't happen at home I drive to the nearest Timmy's and do it there. Nice public area, plenty of cops and tow-truck drivers around.

i normally greet the person, shake hands and then verify item or let the other party verify the item.
Maybe small talk, exchange items/cash and then leave. I almost always do transactions at a nearby Timmies.
Probably at most 15-20 minutes.
Unfortunately I haven't had the good fortune to trade with a hawwwtttt girl (seeing as there are so many hot girl RFDers). If I do, then hopefully the transaction would be longer...................haha I kid I kid.

Inspect items, pay, sometimes chit chat. All depends on the person and if I've got somewhere to be. I always try to make it in a public place for safety issues. I've done it anywhere from TTC stations to the middle of the Eaton's Center :P
