I recently made burgers using Onion Soup Mix, regular ground beef, and onions. They were irresistable!!
hm ... if you want to add some spice to your burgers, maybe you can add some Cajun spices?

What do you season your burgers with?
What do you guys season your burgers with?
I usually just buy the Superstore ones - Prime Rib, etc.... and just eat those. However, I'm looking to add a bit more spice to it....

Hamburger Seasonings
When I'm making hamburgers from scratch, I put egg, milk, onion soup mix, onion flakes, bbq sauce (whatever I have on hand), worchestishire sauce, and garlic (powder or minced). Really tasty!!

when i am making burgers i throw everything in.. normally some finely cut up onion and then any spices i feel like, maybe a bit of bbq sauce or whatever.. you can never season a burger too much.. i dont think.
garlic and pepper are a must for seasoning everything.. anything else you add is a bonus._______________
That's my 2cents worth

You guys have missed the most important ingredient. Although I do a lot of PartHardys stuff, the secret ingredient is:
Presidents Choice Jerk Sauce
