I'm looking for an app for ios/android or even an online website that helps keep track your workouts and diet. What do you use? I started to exercise 2 weeks ago and created a 5 day meal plan as well and want to track my progress for motivation and results. i did try my own research but there are so many out there. I'm sure there are sites/apps that people mainly use or something i.e. people use facebook for social networking. What do you use?

It may not be exactly what you're looking for, especially for exercises, but I've been using myfitnesspal for six months and find it very helpful. (>40 lbs off and counting).

i actually just registered to that website half hour ago and played around with it before posting here. i think i'm more leaning towards the workout part of it and for food wise, my meal plan is the same for 5 days with 2 days of sensible eating of anything I want. i think i'm more so looking for something with a good ddatabase and simple to enter data.

I used to use Fitocracy: http://www.fitocracy.com/ really cool community and the tracking is pretty robust. Decided to start tracking on my own just because I felt my time was better spent not tracking. I'd definitely check it out though.
