I don't see what Mazda hopes to accomplish by trying to associate itself with one of the greatest martial artists of all time.

The Mazda3 isn't exactly a lightweight car nor does it have the turbocharged power anymore.

Typical younger generation marketing scheme, you don't need to make sense, just need to look "cool"

Mazda3 curb weight is almost 3000lbs, hardly light

A Bruce Lee car is a Miata with a LS1 swap

I thought the this generation Mazda3 lost some weight, that why the commercial says "made lighter?"

"For U.S.-market cars the weight savings are in the neighborhood of 100 pounds, which is huge for a vehicle that’s structurally stiffer and rides on a longer wheelbase."

The neat thing about Mazda's are they lose weight themselves due to all the rust.

You would compare Bruce Lee to a McLaren, Porsche, or other supercar.....what an insult to be compared with a Mazda.

They are Asians.
A life spent making mistakes is not only more memorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

Why don't you post the whole commercial?
It is not only Bruce Lee.
It is also Frank Lloyd Wright and Jackie Robinson.

Is it an exaggeration, a stretch of the imagination? Yes, it is.

What did Pepsi accomplished by using Michael Jackson in their adds?

The answer is simple ----> It is just marketing. Don't over think it.
