Depends on which one's you're specifically looking for. There are only a handful of them... NCIX carries the motospice for example.

I need to buy from Canada unlocked AWS cell
I did not find a cell phone good in wind store and they recommended to buy
from a good place in Toronto an unlocked AWS compatible phone of band

Try eBay. There is a good selection of T-Mobile phones on the site, any of which will be compatible with Wind and Mobilicity. Get an unlock code online too and you're good to go.
