What is happening with Dell?

So my order from over a week ago has not shipped despite being in stock, and I just got this email from them:

You have ignored the 'Subject' of the email.
It should be "Update On Your Dell Order".

That means it ask you to check online to see the new status of your order.

Looks like its been shipped and probably will be delivered before Christmas which is great. =)

I received this email as well. FYI, my picture frame was delivered by Purolator today at 2:00 PM.
