GTA
coffee or tea without cream or sugar

if you don't want caffeine, then one of their herbal teas

healthiest thing to eat depends on what you mean, fat/sugar content, total calories, etc.

Yoghurt
Green tea
Various soups - garden vegetable; minestrone etc (although high in sodium; I personally don't pay much attention to it as much as I prob should)

Bran muffins?

I'd like to think that the English muffins/breakfast sandwiches are healthy, but that's only ok if I'm working a blue collar job busting my back all day. Sadly, that's not the case.

Just check the crappy nutrition center on the Tim's site.
