Finally saw Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle.

I had doubts, thinking it was just a money grab ruining the first. Like making Mrs. Doubtfire, sticking with the late Robin Williams greats.

Anyways, it was great. Love the cast, the Jumanji. Never noticed Karen Gillan before but she's cute. I have to watch Guardians of the Galaxy again. LOL

Blame

Solid acting from the two girl leads, goes in a totally unpredictable direction and quite intense. Very solid first effort from 22-year old star/director/writer/producer!
Kinda reminded me of American Beauty, but not really...

Commuter 9/10? Now I'm really tempted.
Hard work, inheritance, interest on interest accumulating, and stock and real estate speculation. It's all good.

Liked Baby Driver, especially the soundtrack and the pop culture references.

Wind River - a very good but sad movie about the rape of a First Nations woman in Wyoming.

There are a few very intense scenes and would really recommend

watched the foreigner with Jackie Chan last night. The IRA connection is a little old but the movie was well done.

Finally got around to watching "Manchester by the Sea" on Amazon Prime, wasn't too bad.

Really enjoyed watching Blade Runner 2049. We watched the original Blade Runner a few months ago and glad watched it first.

Sweet Virginia

Despite not covering any new grounds, this is a nice slow-burn crime flick, very similar in vein to the excellent 'Blue Ruin'

Small Town Crime

Sweet mix of crime/humour that reminded me of the type of the gritty flicks that came out in the 70s-early 80s. Well worth a watch

Killing of a Sacred Deer.

Great movie. Weird, very weird, but in a good way.

I, Tonya - Not sure how accurate this really is but I found it a very entertaining, humourous, at times emotional movie that tells "the other side of the story". Margot Robbie was amazing in her role, as was Allison Janney.

I was going to watch it with my wife but after reading comments where people didn't understand the plot or that there were questions unanswered, I let it pass.
