War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) - Great end to the trilogy.

Purple Noon (1960) - I've always wanted to see this movie and finally got to see it on the big screen at TIFF Lightbox

Train to Busan wasn't bad for an international "zombie" movie.

Spiderman was the best spiderman movie to date. I rated 6.5 the previous ones as they were boring... This one is one of the best movies made in the last 10 years...

So it's better than Raimi's Spider-Man 2? I haven't seen Homecoming yet so the former still holds the high bar for me as the best Spider-Man.

Free Fire...8/10

Funny shoot 'em comedy....with enough violence combined with funny situations to make me lol....

Kinda in the same vein as Falling Down - but Falling Down is much better....
You found "Falling Down" funny? In what sense.

To me, it was the best all-around movie I watched in many years. I was wowed every second of it which is rare. Previous Spider movies(imho) were a bit boring and I really disliked the main actor who was boring. It's the only movie in many years I am considering rewatching in a year or so( last movie I re-watched was Matrix).
