You'll want at least a Geforce 750Ti or 1050/1050Ti, the 730 is a low power card that is virtually useless for gaming.

Don't be fooled by the marketing (4GB of slow DDR3 RAM), A 750Ti with 1GB VRAM would still whip the 730 way out of the water. However if you're ok playing on low settings and are on a super tight budget the 730 would probably let you at least play the game, just temper your expectations.

1030, seen one open box on amazon warehouse for less than $100, stronger than 730 no doubt
or 1050 for more performance

They will also do 4k videos easily

You should be a-ok the 1030 is a pretty low power/efficient card and gets all required power from the motherboard itself.

BF1 is a very recent game, there really is no option but to pay $150 for a card that can run it well @ 1080p. If you are ok with 720p then maybe the 730 or your iGPU can run it.

oh, I thought the 1030 was around $150. For $100 it seems to be good value.

Yes, it's a generic term to cover poopy power supply's that can't deliver their rated current.
